Job Description: 
Responsible for providing support to IT and production teams and occasional training on purchased and internally developed applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Helpdesk Analyst must have the ability to:

•Ensure file import and export is timely and accurate. Research and resolve any issues appropriately. This will occasionally involve contact with the customer’s technical resources.
•Daily documentation and validation of outgoing file statistics.
•Provide support and training to users on purchased and internally developed applications or equipment.
•Effectively provide support for general hardware and software questions.
•Involved in the installation of some applications, including software and hardware.
•Coordinate and work with application developers in testing software before it is generally released to the users.
•Collaborates with application developers and higher-level technical support staff to identify and correct more complex problems.
•Provide general hardware maintenance, such as printer repair/maintenance.
•Maintain a consistent high level of quality and productivity.
•Serve as technical expert for some equipment and processes.
•Plastic card data formatting and card sign-off production as necessary.
•Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education, training, experience: 
Required Skills:

•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Ability to communicate and work in customer-centric manner
•Ability to learn and adapt quickly
•Computer knowledge including Excel, Word, Outlook, XML, Text files, FTP
•Organization and attention to details
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Job Requirements:

•High school education or equivalent & 2 year degree required, but a four- year degree is preferred.
•Minimum 1 year experience in a related field preferred.
•Excellent written and oral communication, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Strong administrative, organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
•Strong computer skills required.
